Program

Up to $2,500 in value through credits applicable towards Fingerprint Pro Plus. Credits are not redeemable for cash and expire 12 months after the date of subscription to Fingerprint Pro Plus.

Eligibility

Current program eligibility criteria include: (1) you are a startup having received institutional funding that has been incorporated for 5 years or less; (2) you have a public company website and a unique company email domain (generic email domains and stealth websites will not be accepted); (3) you have not undergone a change of control, initial public offering, or funding round beyond Series A; (4) You have not previously benefited or currently benefit from discounted pricing; (5) Must be a new Fingerprint client and redeem through the pre-approved channel.

Program Terms

Eligible Participants must agree to Fingerprint’s standard terms of service. Fingerprint may collect information about eligible participants to verify whether you meet the program eligibility criteria. By submitting your information you agree that Fingerprint may use the information to verify your eligibility. Offer valid for use only to eligible participant. Transfer and/or resale is strictly prohibited. Not valid on previous purchases, and cannot be combined with volume discounts or other product/order level promotions, discounts or offers. Not redeemable for cash. Fingerprint reserves the right to cancel, modify, pause or terminate this program and its terms and conditions at any time. Fingerprint reserves the right to refuse any eligible participant in its sole discretion.

Promotional Rights and Case Study Participation

Eligible Participants must be willing to permit Fingerprint to use their name and/or logo to identify Participant as a user and agrees to participate in a case study or testimonial if requested by Fingerprint. By receiving credits, or otherwise participating in the Startups Program, you grant Fingerprint a worldwide, fully paid, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your name, logo, and other marks to identify you as a Fingerprint customer and Startups Program participant in Fingerprint marketing materials.
